HEALTH CONDITIONS & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you inform us of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before receiving treatments. This information enables our therapists to tailor services appropriately and safely.
Please be aware:
Client Disclosure: You are responsible for notifying our team of any health conditions, including (but not limited to) high blood pressure, heart issues, recent operations, allergies, or other medical concerns. Without this information, treatments may pose risks or be unsuitable.
Medical Advice: We recommend seeking guidance from your healthcare professional before booking spa treatments if you have any underlying health issues.
Skin Sensitivity & Facility Use: We cannot accept responsibility for any skin reactions, irritations, or sensitivities that may arise following treatments or use of our spa facilities. Each person’s skin and body may respond differently to products, essential oils, water chemicals, or temperature variations.
Liability Waiver: By proceeding with treatments or using our spa facilities, you agree to release and hold harmless Lumiere Head Spa, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to adverse reactions, injuries, or complications arising from disclosed or undisclosed medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or use of spa facilities.
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We appreciate your cooperation in providing accurate health information and understanding the nature of spa treatments to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
ZERO TOLERANCE
Our team members are entitled to receive courteous and respectful treatment at all times, free from any potential verbal or physical abuse, menacing conduct, or acts of violence. The use of profanity, threats, or any form of aggression is deemed unacceptable. Any inappropriate conduct toward our staff will not be tolerated and may lead to individuals being requested to vacate the premises.
DEPOSIT POLICY
To reserve your appointment, you are required to pay a deposit of £20 (per person) upon booking. All deposits will be deducted from the final cost of the service. All deposits need to be paid within 30 minutes of booking to confirm your slot – if you do not pay your deposit fee within 30 minutes, your appointment will not be secured.

REFUND POLICY
At Lumière Head Spa, our commitment is to consistently deliver exceptional service, ensuring your satisfaction with each visit. Please note that we do NOT provide refunds for any products or services purchased at our establishment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We understand that sometimes you can’t attend the appointments that you make. If you are ever in this situation, we would require at least 48 hours notice.This would mean that your deposit will be rolled over to your
next appointment. Please be advised you would need to reschedule your next appointment within 5 days of cancellation. However, if you do not reschedule, your deposit is completely non-refundable. Please also note that appointments can only be re-scheduled on ONE occasion only.
